Docucars.com is a private administrative assistance and concierge service, wholly independent of and with no affiliation to any official or government body.
2. Origin of administrative and regulatory data
- Information on the administrative status of vehicles comes from the Système d'Immatriculation des Véhicules (SIV), the French vehicle registration system.
- Environmental sticker : Ecological classifications and the scales applied are calculated from the official nomenclature defined by the Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires (French Ministry for Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion).
- VRT Calculator : Registration-tax estimates are calculated from the tax scales, CO2 emissions and OMSP (Open Market Selling Price) valuation scales published by the Irish Revenue Commissioners.

Vehicle history reports are produced by cross-checking public databases and specialist private partners.
